Editorial policy

Four standards sit behind every page on CaptionFeed.

  • Written here: captions are drafted and edited for this site, not scraped from caption lists elsewhere.
  • True to the label: a one word caption is one word, a short caption fits a story sticker, and the funny page is actually funny.
  • Safe to post: nothing on the site should embarrass you in front of family, classmates or an employer.
  • Honest hashtags: the hashtag sets we attach are relevant to the caption, not bait.
